Isaiah's
Cry
Samuel
and Rebekah Lawson are Isaiah's Cry. God has cried out for
some
one to serve Him and We answered that call.
Our
Mission Statement
God
has laid it on our hearts to usher the body
of Christ into worship, teaching them by example in “Spirit
and in
Truth” that
worship is a lifestyle, allowing the church to bask in the truth of
God’s
awesome presence while experiencing wholeness.
Our
Objective
Statement
God
is
calling Vessel7 Productions through Isaiah's Cry to become the salt of
the world and in the
church. We are to be as priests who will worship Him with all
our
beings;
living a life of worship and giving
praise unto the Lord. Those who
join this organization are to learn a lifestyle that will
be a
model for
the whole world, showing what it means to love God and honor him with
all our
might, mind, and means. Love of
“neighbor,” and even “enemy”
is also understood to be a part of our worship.
God is
calling Vessel7 Productions through Isaiah's Cry to become a guide
for
the body of Christ and the
world, leading them to the
presence of God and teaching them the lifestyle of worship God intended
to bless us with.
Who
We
are Now
We
are at this moment a couple on fire for the Lord.
God
is sending us into the world to show
people His love. We
are a simple group
of two guitars and vocals. With
our
lyrical
and jazzy music we lead the body of Christ into God’s
presence. We are
here to honor and serve the body of Christ in the area of Worship and
ministry any
way we know how.
Lifestyle Worship
Seminars
What is Life style Worship:
Redefining the word worship to fit God's understanding of loving and
living for Him allows a person to open up their life to God instead of
just Sunday morning. When a person realizes that the reason
for
Sunday is to bring together people who have been living worship
everyday so that they can worship God together, they come and worship
as a community instead of singular people.
Day
conference:
15 to 20 min. of Morning Worship, five 40 min. Classes on the 5
categories of Lifestyle Worship, and a evangelistic service in the
evening.
1. Heart Condition
In Genesis 4:1-13 Abel's offering was accepted, but Cain's was not
accepted. Why? Because Cain's heart was not right. He was worshiping
God for the wrong reasons. Able offered his offering out of love for
the Lord as we should do. He had the right heart condition.
2. Reverence
Part of reverence is thanksgiving, homage or honor, humility, guidance
on and acceptance of God's will. Hebrews 12:28-29 says,
“Therefore let
us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus
let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, for our
God is a consuming fire.”
3. Obedience
In I Samuel 15:22-23
Saul disobeyed for what he believed to be a good reason, but the
prophet said obedience is better than sacrifice. Saul wanted to
sacrifice to God what he collected in disobedience. His obedience would
have been a desired offering of worship, not his offering of
disobedience.
4. Unity
I Corinthians 1:10 speaks about Paul's desire for the Body of Christ to
be united in the way that God desires for them to be united. It is
God's desire for his Body to be united and that process of unity is
worship unto Him.
5. Service
Romans12:1 speaks about how it is our service of worship to present our
bodies as living sacrifices to God. Living our lives pure and
holy for Him is a service of worship. Also the little things that are
done behind the scenes to serve each other are a service of worship to
God.
Jazz Worship Service
A mix of original Christian Jazz, Classical Guitar and the basic
teaching of what Lifestyle Worship is.

There
would be nine core people besides myself and Samuel.
These people would have the heart
of the
ministry and eventually would be paid positions.
The
rest of the workers would consist of
volunteers that either are just volunteers with the same heart, interns
that
are looking at this kind of ministry as a calling, and long-term
counseling
interns that are being counseled and mentored into wholeness. These departments
help to
facilitate
the
purpose of teaching the body of Christ to live a life of worship unto
God. In that life of worship there is
truth, healing,
wholeness, freedom, love, acceptance, future, purpose, and
obedience
to God. By showing the body of
Christ
that worship is not about music,
God is able to break down walls
between
denominations and walls
of torment while His truth opens up a life of
possibilities to His people. We
worship
with every action and word. The
decision
we have to make is what we are going to worship.
I
can decide to worship myself or I can
decide to worship God. Either
way, my
decision carries actions and those actions will affect my life, my
freedom, and
my future.
We
propose a ministry that teaches worship as a lifestyle through two day
seminars:
The Seminar
*
1
Month before the Seminar:
Meetings with the church or
churches leadership to teach them about counseling and follow-up.
The
Seminar:
Friday
Day: Classes
on the different aspects of lifestyle
worship (Tithing, Giving, Integrity, Condition of the Heart, etc.)
Friday
Night: A service
geared
toward the
musical side of worship and teaching open to everyone.
Saturday
Day: Counseling
sessions to
help
facilitate wholeness in the body of Christ (A leader from the Church
would be
present to build a relationship with their congregant.
We act as the catalyst for healing
and
wholeness.). There
will also be classes
on the different aspects of lifestyle
worship.
Saturday
Night: A service that is more
evangelistic in
nature. This
service would be a call out
to the world to show how lifestyle worship can change their lives.
After
The Seminar: We would act as a resource
for the
congregations in education and in counseling.
